Springwood is proud to be a Thrive school, making sure that every child and member of our community feel safe, special and has their needs met. Thrive is a way of working with children that meets them where they are in their emotional development.  

 

We have two Thrive practitioners in school that work with children in small groups or one to one to fully support their emotional development and understanding. All staff use Thrive strategies in class to ensure that all of our pupils feel safe, supported and ready to learn.
